The
CzechInvest Agency is a state allowance organization reporting to the Ministry of Industry and Trade, which has been trying to support small- and medium-sized entrepreneurs in their projects for several years. It helps the business entities receive subsidies from EU funds and from the Czech state budget.
The agency specialists have been giving advice to the interested entrepreneurs on a free information line 800 800 777, on every business day from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Questions concerning the Business and Innovations Operating Program can also be e-mailed to programy@czechinvest.org.
According to CzechInvest, the most questions (over 46,000 as of the end of 2009) concerned the
eAccount internet application. Thanks to eAccount, the questioners can submit their projects directly via internet, complete the forms here, submit the requested documents, and also track the current status of the project processing. They can receive valuable advice not only in the above-mentioned area of administration, but also in publicity and selection of suppliers for their business.
