During its existence
The Earth as a Provider has become an acknowledged specialist agricultural exhibition, with presentation of plant and animal production, feedstuffs, agricultural technology, food and processing industry, ecology, forestry and water management, environmental protection, services for agriculturalists and agro-tourism.
In 2006 two new thematic projects were launched within the scope of the Earth as a Provider exhibition, the Ekostyl exhibition and International Cooperative Farming exhibition, which have been held every year since then.
The
Ekostyl thematic exhibition focuses on formation and protection of the environment, ecological technologies, alternative energy sources, organic products and a healthy life style. The
International Cooperative Farming exhibition is an exhibition of consumer goods, electronics, construction, textile and leather haberdashery, and also agricultural and food industry products, security technology, etc.
This year the 37th annual The Earth as a Provider exhibition will take place from 26/8 – 31/8/2010 in České Budějovice. Its main subjects are renewal and development of the countryside, plant and animal production, agricultural technology, food industry production, forestry and water management, gardening and cultivation and services for agriculture.
Formation and protection of the environment, ecological technologies, ecological structures, waste disposal, alternative energy sources, ecological heating methods, organic products, healthy nutrition and a healthy life style, will be presented within the scope of the Ekostyl thematic exhibition. The International Cooperative Farming thematic section includes consumer goods.
