The 2nd year of the gastronomic restaurant festival called the Grand Restaurant Festival will take place in the Czech Republic for a whole month, from January 15th to February 15th. Chefs from 38 Czech restaurants will offer their visitors regional and national specialities and even complete degustation menus.

After the success of its 1st year, the festival expanded to restaurants outside Prague under the name “Fly into a gastronomic heaven”. Aside from Prague, you can find participating restaurants in Karlovy Vary, Liberec, Olomouc, Ostrava and Pilsen. In selected restaurants, food lovers will have the opportunity to taste luxurious delicacies for symbolic festival prices. The festival prices depend on the number of courses – from one to three-course degustation. You can buy the so-called “festival tasting” in the restaurant of your choice for a particular day and time. The price varies from 200 to 600 crowns. The sale of coupons for meals in the restaurants participating in the festival begins on December 1st 2010 on our website www.grandrestaurantfestival.cz.

The Grand Restaurant Festival not only gives food lovers a chance to taste high quality gastronomy but also provides an opportunity to discover new restaurants, their atmosphere, service and care as well. For more information, click here.
