The glamorous Hollywood couple arrived in Prague for a five-week stay at the beginning of April with Pitt and Jolie’s four children in tow.
Wanted is based on the graphic novel created by Mark Miller and J.G.Jones. The film’s director is Kazakhstan’s Timur Bekmambetov, who was praised for his dark epic Night Watch.
Jolie will be joined on screen by Oscar winner Morgan Freeman and James McAvoy.
In addition to shooting in Prague, parts of the movie will be filmed at the Křivoklát Castle in Rakovnick.
The production was brought to the Czech Republic by the Stillking Production Company, with crews expected to stay for twelve weeks. Wanted is due to premiere in the United States on March 28, 2008.
